Flying Pet Airlines

Image
Pets , they come in various forms, don’t they? They’re fun, lovable, mischievous, loyal, etc, especially when they feel comfortable in their own homes.  But there comes a time in life where we, the owners, need to go on a trip or relocate, and often leaving our pets with a pet-sitter or at a pet-hotel is not an option, so they must come with us - here is where the real ordeal takes place. If your pet were to travel on a plane, sometimes it can be difficult, various airline organizations can be strict when it comes to those who want their pets to travel with them or the actual experience itself can be traumatic for the pet, yourself or the other passengers on the plane, which is why I, Ethan Stranger , will be sharing with you my latest experience on pet travel. To Start, allow me to introduce you to my dog, CHEWIE (picture above) , a Japanese Spitz, he’s around 6 years old, extremely energetic, got him while in Nepal in the Fall of 2015. In 2017, when it was time to depart from Nep...

High School Memories: Teachers

Image
Today I, Ethan Stranger , will be reminiscing about a topic that I think everyone can relate to and that’s “Teachers” . During every school year, for those of us that were part of the US educational system, we’ve encountered teachers of every shape, size and type of personality. Some can be very joyful and understanding with their students while others can, very easily, be more bitter, dim or even downright cruel (heck, several of them might even be coaches). When I remember the start of my High School years, a long time ago, I felt quite scared because I thought that the teachers over there would be more demanding and less flexible than the ones I was used to seeing back during both my Middle and Elementary years. I felt insecure about the changes that were happening in my life which triggered many emotions - fear, concern, happiness, confusion, frustration and even anger - which were difficult to identify and manage at the time, mainly because some of them were completely different f...

Coronastrophy!

Image
Coronavirus , at this point we’ve all heard about it, it's even more famous than “Disney/Pixar’s Onward” . Specialists all over the world categorized it as an infectious disease, unlike any other, that has turned our world upside down (especially since we’ve entered 2020s, an era that was promised to be the start of a new generation), but that’ll just have to wait, as of now, humanity on Standby, trying to find the best way to overcome this pandemic. Even though many people have heard about it, most people don't know how it all started. Coronavirus (or SARS-COV-2 or COVID-19) was identified in December of 2019 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. What started as a mild pandemic, suddenly began to grow out of control, the “Big Man in the White House” had received warnings about this, but ignored every warning and now, Corona has spread worldwide, causing worldwide quarantines, millions losing jobs, doctors and nurses forced to try and keep patients alive, hospitals being crammed with Coron...

Total Drama-WHAT???

Image
Today I, Ethan Stranger , will be taking a break from Asperger-Related Topics and will be doing my 1st ever Commentary post. Some of you might know that I like to watch (and even create cartoons), comic strips, fan-fictions, short stories and many more.  I don't get surprised very often, but when I do, it’s usually in a “not so nice” kind of way. The other day I was watching CN’s Total DramaRama and came across a very particular episode, some of you might’ve even watched it, it’s called “ Total Eclipse of the Fart ”, it centers around the DramaRama Kids befriending a creepy grown man-like fairy known as “ The Fart Fairy” (yeah you heard me) and, as you might be guessing, it all goes downhill from there. At the end of the episode I was pretty grossed out and asked myself, “HOW THE %&$#?@ DID THIS SOMETHING LIKE GET APPROVED IN THE FIRST PLACE?!?!” What Could’ve been a cool/cheerful concept has now become something of a Gross-Out episode (for maybe they should’ve just stick with...

How to treat The World

Image
Consider this to be more like a follow-up to my previous blog post, “ The Asperger’s Academy ”.  I think that we’ve all experienced fear, real fear, at some point in our lives. Some of those fears might be related to accidents, death, disease or even going to the dentist! However, I’ve noticed, though my own experience and observation that some people struggle, a lot more than others, with the idea of having to take part in any sort of medical procedure, it doesn't matter if you’re autistic or not. This is especially true in today's world, with the pandemic still raging on. Well no need to worry no more, for A wise man has stepped forward and once said:   We humans have entered a new chapter in the story of life, for we’ve entered the 2020s, an era in which doctors are finding new (hopefully) painless ways to treat different conditions or accident related injuries. However, this is not enough, knowing how to cure something doesn't mean that these situations are easy to han...

The Asperger’s Academy

Image
Since the beginning of time, us humans have been evolving to the point that we’re all not the same as one another, where several of us are born with “Disabilities” to the point where we’re not all raised the same, some of us act different, look  & even talk different, but this doesn’t necessarily mean that there's anything wrong with us. For a long time, people have used the term “Autistic” as a synonym of a disease or scourge when, in reality, it's nowhere near it. There are many stereotypes out there about autism, most of them are wrong, I’m going to try to explain to you what autism, and especially Asperger’s syndrome, really is - For I, “Ethan Stranger”, am a guy who has struggled with Asperger’s and what people think about it throughout my entire life. I’m going to address this using my own life experience. When 1st learning that you suffer Asperger’s, you probably think that you are a “Full-on autistic child”, however you feel the same like everybody else, but secretl...

Ethan Stranger...Tries Blogging

Image
All right, let’s do this one last time... My name is Ethan Stranger, I’ve been traveling the world & the seas for quite some time now. Like everyone out there, I get the feeling that I’m looking for something, but what that “Something” that I’m looking for is, well that’s the thing, I’m not so sure.  For all of you that are interested, my likes are into comic books, pretty ladies, and creative writing, especially Fan-fiction, so I might post something of the sort in the future. I also like Zebras (they’re my favorite animal). My dislikes, grab a hold of yourselves, include being cooped up in a college-styled classroom, every single type of fruit out there, and… yeah… yogurt. To be honest, I’ve got some trouble trusting people (it’s kinda hard for me to explain), but let’s just say when you trust somebody, you expect them to help you, to be your wingman in your time of need, to be your spirit animal to guide you in order to survive the many challenges of life but in the end, the...
