What if…Star Trek Edition II

You thought the story was over…but it was only the beginning (you gotta check out my 1st What If...Star Trek Edition post to get caught up) and as I (Ethan Stranger) continue waiting for the premiere of S2 of Marvel’s animated what if…Series, I’ve decided to do another Star Trek: What if…Post, same as before, boldly going into some alternative realities based around Star Trek, though I’ll mostly be talking about several past Star Trek series that I’ve watched (while also taking some inspiration from the Animated Marvel What if…Series), besides if you have your own story idea for a Star Trek What if…Scenario, feel free to share, but now, let’s boldly go:

-The (Original)  Concept: The Original Pitch of Star Trek: TNG that Gene Roddenberry had pitched was gonna completed differently, where the Ferengi were more villainous, The Borg were more of an insectoid race, Marina Sirtis auditioned for Tasha Yar, Denise Crosby auditioned for Deanna Troi, Deanna Troi was gonna be more of a sexy and brainless-type of character (with 4 breasts), somebody (who isn’t Patrick Stewart) could’ve been Captain Picard, Jonathan Frakes would’ve never grown out his beard for Commander Riker, Geordi La Forge with a Jamaican accent (and not played by LeVar Burton).

.Datalore: New Rulers of the Borg: Inspired by the 2-Parter TNG episode (Desenct), this alternate universe could explore Data betraying his fellow crewmates and fully joining with his fellow brother (Lore) as the duo would become the leaders of a small group of rogue Borg who had "assimilated" individuality, in an attempt to destroy the Federation. Perhaps this alternate universe can serve as the Star Trek version of Marvel’s animated What if…series Episode 8 (where Ultron Won and killed everybody), here, the Borg Won, the Federation Destroyed, and only a small rebellion is left standing to face-off against a Borg-ruled Galaxy.

-Voyage of the Enterprise: Imagine in an alternate universe, what would’ve happened (having heard about the disappearance of The Starship Voyager, Captain Picard and his Crew of the Enterprise embark on their own quest to learn more about the disappearance of the Starship Voyager, which could lead them to more encounters with Q and the Enterprise stranded int he Delta Quadrant (after all, in S2 of TNG, Q sends the Enterprise thousands of light years across the galaxy where they would encounter the Borg for the 1st time). So with 2 Starfleet ships stuck in the Delta Quadrant, one looking for the other, but looking for a way back to the Alpha Quadrant, how would this alter the events of “Star Trek: Voyager”?

-The Truth Revealed: Inspired by the DS9 episode (In the Pale Moonlight), Starfleet would later learn about Benjamin Sisko working alongside Garak on tricking the Romulans into joining the war against the Dominion, thus having condoned forgery, bribery, and murder for the good of the Alpha Quadrant, perhaps Sisko would’ve been stripped of his Captain title and arrested (alongside with Garak). Plus, how would Sisko’s action affect the Romulan Empire and the Federation, perhaps the Romulans would join the Dominion and the Federation would fight the Dominion without Captain Sisko leading the charge, also how would Sisko’s actions affect both his son (Jake), his girlfriend (Kassidy Yates)and his DS9 crewmates?

(Click here to watch the ending of the episode)

-Borg vs Dominion: Imagine if an alternate universe, The Borg got involved with the Dominion War, as the Borg only appeared at the very beginning of the 1st episode and weren’t seen again throughout DS9’s run (as the Borg became more popular throughout TNG and Voyager), though, had the Borg appeared more on DS9, how could’ve affected the events during the Dominion War, even going to war with the Dominion.

-Jennifer Sisko Lives: An Alternate universe where Jennifer Sisko (Picture: Bottom Left Corner) lives, thus, how would this affect Sisko whenever meets Kasidy Yates (Picture: Bottom Right Corner)?

-Invasion of Species 8472: Inspired by the Episode (In the Flesh), this alternate universe could be Star Trek’s version of Marvel Comics Secret Invasion event, where Species 8472 was actually masquerading as Federation citizens and recreated Starfleet academy, as they were “actually attempting to invade Earth and take over the entire Alpha Quadrant”, thus makes me wonder how this species would do against the Dominion (if they manage to interfere during the Dominion War), while leaving the Voyager far behind and by the time they return, they’ll lead the charge against this dangerous race…

-Hologram Wars: Inspired from the Episode (Flesh and Blood), where the Doctor betrays his fellow Voyager crew and joins up with other intelligent holograms created by the alien Race (The Hirogen) to serve as their prey, to now hunt down the Hirogen race to extinct and then wipe out all living organisms

-Q Got Them Home Quicker: An Alternate universe where Captain Janeway agrees to “mate with Q (Picture: Bottom Left Corner)”, thus Q would’ve gotten the crew of Voyager back home much quicker, while also coming into conflict with that female Q (Picture: Bottom Center). Or in another alternate universe, The Q known as Quinn (Picture: Bottom Right Corner) didn’t kill himself, got the crew of Voyager home and the so-called civil war within Q Continuum never happened (or still happened)...

And I thought the “Council of Kangs or the Citadel of Ricks” was a wacky/crowded concept than the Q Continuum…

Speaking of weird, makes me wonder when Paramount/Nickelodeon would introduce the so-called “Teenage Mutant Starfleet Turtles (Picture: Bottom Left Corner)”, either existed in an alternate TMNT-styled universe or appear in a future Star Trek Series (as part of a holodeck episode) and then maybe find some way to sneak a cameo appearance of the TMNT’s ally, The Fugitoid (Picture: Bottom Right Corner) in a future star trek series, Paramount owns both franchises, so what are they waiting for (unless they wanna present IDW comics this idea, a Star Trek/TMNT Crossover event.

(Plus feel free to check out my “The Comsic Side of TMNT” Post)

Plus I’m still waiting on the day they’ll decide to make Deanna Troi a “Mother Russia-Styled Symbol for Alaska” (besides Commander Riker was born in Alaska, though it never says where in Alaska he was born, hope it’s Juneau because that’s my real hometown), plus, she wears Purple and I wish I wish holograms were a real thing, then I can have her as my therapist and even have a copy of her program, who knows, maybe even fall in love…

(Click here to witness La Forge in Love with a hologram Leah Brahams, though she looked better in Purple)

Until my Next Star Trek What if…Ethan Stranger signs off and Beckett Mariner reminds you all to:
