The Book of Aurra Sing & Boba Fett

Continuing from past Star Wars Posts (such as I’m Aurra Sing: A Star Wars Story, Hopes & Dreams: The Story of Oola & All About Zam: A Star Wars Story), though I do feel like this is (somewhat) more of a sequel to I’m Aurra Sing: A Star Wars Story as (Ethan Stranger) will once again be talking about more on Star Wars most Ruthless (dare I say attractive) Bounty Hunter: Aurra Sing (as well as dive deeper into her motherly mentorship with the Young Boba Fett). In my Opinion, Boba Fett has had one rocky childhood before eventually he finally made it to the top in The Book of Boba Fett Series (where he struggled in attempting to gain ahold of Jabba the Hutt’s former criminal empire), but Boba’s life could’ve been different if his father (Jango Fett) wasn’t killed or (had Jango not killed Zam Wesell), Zam could’ve stepped in & acted as a Motherly Mentor towards the young  Boba Fett (maybe even a better one than the one Boba was about to end up with, but read my All About Zam: A Star Wars Story to learn about Zam Wesell). In today’s society, we don’t really choose our happy endings or decide on who we end up with (as my friend from my When Friends grow apart Post, would say: “We all are on a different place in life & that’s ok, I’m trusting God’s Plan & that he’ll bless me beyond what I’ve could’ve imagined for myself, everything happens according to his plan”. Great Story K! (you couldn’t tell that to poor Boba Fett, as he witness his father die & now was under the guidance of the ruthless Jedi Killer, Aurra Sing), let's get into that, shall we?

I know I mentioned a lot about Aurra Sing’s Motherly Mentorship towards Young Boba Fett in my I’m Aurra Sing: A Star Wars Story, but I felt like I’ve might’ve left out a few aspects here & there (besides, looking back, I feel like Aurra Sing/Boba Fett’s relationship somewhat remains of the bad childhood Bojack Horseman himself had at the hands of his own mother (Beatrice), check out this):

So upon Both Young Boba Fett & Aurra Sing (alongside 2 other Bounty Hunters) forming an alliance to kill Mace Windu the Jedi responsible for killing Jango Fett), which has a lot of setbacks (pretty sure if they had Zam Wesell on their team, her shapeshifting abilities could’ve come in handy, even guiding Boba while in Disguise). Most of the Setbacks involved Boba only wanted to kill Mace Windu (nobody else was supposed to get involved), But I felt Aurra Sing was simply using Boba’s Revenge on Windu to get revenge on the entire Jedi Race as a whole (after all, it’s revealed that Aurra Sing herself was once a Jedi & uses those skills to now kill the race she hates so deeply), however Aurra Sing’s hatred for Jedi & harness on Boba is what eventually led to the downfall of the little rag-tag team, with Aurra Killing off “The scurvy Coward” of the group & Aurra abandoning Boba (only for her to be later thought dead by the Jedi) as Boba & Bossk were escorted to prison (with Boba admitting his wrongdoing, but unwilling to forgive Mace Windu for killing Jango Fett, something that doesn’t seem to haunt Windu that much, as Boba admits that he hardly has anybody to turn to (Picture: Bottom Center), Plus all Boba ever wanted was someone to help guide him in life after Jango’s Death (like in this quote, Picture: Left Corner), but then Young Boba learned the hard way that Aurra Sing wasn’t gonna stay by his side forever  (Like in this quote, Picture: Right), plus it’s a real shame that Aurra Sing wasn’t seen in Flashbacks or name dropped in the Book of Boba Fett

It wouldn’t be long before it’s revealed that Aurra Sing was alive & had taken a job for Ziro the Hutt (before getting arrested, made me wonder if she or even bother to interact with Boba or Bossk while in Prison), but she herself broke out & allied with Cad Bane & some other bounty hunters to free Ziro the Hutt. Following that, she never sees (or even gets a mention) of Aurra Sing (had Clone Wars continued they would’ve done this Bounty Hunter-Themed Episode, it was said that this would’ve been the episode where Boba & Aurra would’ve (possibly) reunite for the last time, as Aurra Sing would be pushed by Tobias Beckett to her death (though the fall was said to have killed her, very sad indeed to all Aurra Sing Fans, including myself).

(Check the unfinished clip of that unfinished Bounty-Hunter-themed Episode for Clone Wars)

To be fair (in my opinion), about all the motherly Mentorship that Aurra Sing provided to Boba Fett wasn’t her fault, she just didn’t have a great childhood nor good mentors in her life as well (check out the images of her lashing out on Aayla Secura as she brings up her past, Pics: Below)

So whatever happened between Aurra Sing & her Jedi Master (The Dark Woman) really took a toll on her, causing her to become the dangerous Jedi Killing mad woman Bounty Hunter everybody sees in her.

So (in my Opinion) had Aurra Sing had a much better childhood, maybe she could’ve been a much better motherly Mentor to Boba Fett, though I remember were a few moments where she wasn’t so hard on her, like when she congratulate him for destroying the Republic Cruiser, Endurance, protecting him from that scurvy Coward Bounty Hunter, Castas, sometimes addressing him as "Honey" and stopping him from drinking alcohol in Hondo Ohnaka's bar (Picture: Right Corner), plus look at the Picture (Left Corner), after hurting for not pulling the trigger on Commander Ponds, She gives him a glance, remaining Boba that killing is the hard Bounty Hunter’s Way (We the people in Today’s society go through phases like that in our everyday lives (though nothing Bounty Hunting related, more like with School, Work, Parenting etc.), where we’re thrown into situations we don’t like doing & we’re forced by others to be punished beyond our limits (and that can affect us in a way as we continue to grow, either for good or bad), plus also (in Today’s Society), we have our fair share of mentors (but we don’t always choose them), either they teach good or they teach us with harshness (like Aurra Sing), but I feel like Boba Fett learned from all that Harshness (in order to survive on his own & attempted to prove that maybe he can do better than Aurra Sing  herself (in was seen in the Book of Boba Fett that Boba attempted to rule over Jabba the Hutt’s Criminal empire with respect), if Aurra Sing wasn’t killed by Tobias Beckett, wonder how she would have run Jabba’s Criminal Empire (plus, had Aurra Sing not died & made an appearance on the Book of Boba Fett (Picture Center), wonder how her reunite with Boba would've been, either she joins up with Boba or goes agonist over control on Jabba's Criminal Empire). While she wasn’t seen in Flashbacks or name-dropped in the Book of Boba Fett, there could be a good chance she appears in the Lando Mini-Series for Disney+ (mentioned in 2018s Solo, Lando owed her Money).

So while Several Star Wars Fans might see Aurra Sing as a trigger-happy psychopath, having no qualms about killing just to get what she wants (and that’s to see Jedi burn), many others (such as I, Ethan Stranger) find Aurra Sing Relatable & misunderstood (and dare I add Attractively), Even Jango Fett felt sympathy for Aurra Sing (as he saw Aurra Sing as a broken spirit, the result of a lifetime of bad breaks, as she didn't choose bounty hunting as a profession, it had chosen her. She reminds me of marvel’s Diamondback (Rachel Leighton, Picture: Right), as many saw her as a villain (even Captain America at first), she admits that she just had an unhappy childhood & not a lot of good influences in her life (like Aurra Sing), overtime Diamondback would turn over a new leaf & side with Captain America (the duo became lovers for a time) if only the same could’ve been said for Aurra Sing.

Y’all can also read more about Diamondback (Rachel Leighton) in both my Diamondback in the Rough: The Rachel Leighton Story & Captain America: By Mark Grunewald blog posts (who thinks Aurra Sing’s Voice Actress, Jaime King (Picture: Top Center) could be perfect to portray Rachel Leighton/Diamondback, either voicing her for a Marvel animation project or in Live-action within the MCU)

Finally, I like to give a Special Happy Birthday shoutout to a Special Friend of Mine, who helped me see a new light within the Bounty Hunter, Aurra Sing (and for that I say Thank You & Happy Birthday):

But wait, there’s more, may I introduce…The Aurra Sing Services (A Star Wars Multiversal Bounty Hunter hotline-Styled Service made up of Alternate Aurra Sing’s & possibly other Bounty Hunters who are willing to keep up), dedicated to taking any job within the Multiverse (for a price), so far I (Ethan Stranger, Pictures: Bottom Left & Right Corners) have managed to round up 3 alternate versions of Aurra Sing (The Animated, Cosplay & a Sketch version from a cartoon world drawn by artistic cousin).

They’ve come together to wish My Special Friend A Happy Birthday & to aid me (Ethan Stranger) in saving the Multiverse (for a Price), looks like these 3 Aurra Sing’s are reenacting Spider-Man: No Way Home  (Picture: Center Bottom) but with some music (Hit it Barry White):

Well Better get these Alternate Aurra Sing’s back to their respective Universes (after all, A Girls gotta make a living)

So remember, it’s good to see a different perspective on People (either in fiction or in real-life), right, Aurra Sing?
